Power Collection Studios Refund and Replacement Policy
Refunds
Order Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:
- Cancellation requests must be emailed to powercollectionstudios@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order to qualify for a full refund.
- If the order involves a payment plan (e.g., Pay in 4), payments are due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
- If payment is not received within 7 days, the pre-order will be marked as delinquent and placed on hold.
- Delinquent orders unpaid for 90 days will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit or 25% of the full cost (whichever is greater).
Shipped Orders:
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refund Process:
- Customers using PayPal must provide their PayPal account information to powercollectionstudios@gmail.com to process the refund.
- For canceled orders, the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit or 25% of the full cost, will be refunded within 30-90 business days of receiving the required PayPal details.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If a refund is not received within 120 business days, customers should:
- Check their PayPal account for updates.
- Contact powercollectionstudios@gmail.com for assistance if the refund has not been received.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacements
Eligibility for Replacements:
- Replacements are provided only for defective parts.
- No monetary compensation is offered for damaged parts.
Replacement Process:
Shipping Costs:
- Power Collection Studios will cover shipping costs for replacement parts.
