REFUND POLICY 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

    •    An order cancellation request must be emailed to PowerCollectionstudios@gmail.com. Deposit or 25% will be deducted from refund amount. 

    •    Once a deposit payment invoice arrives in your inbox, you will have 7 days to complete the payment. If deposit payment is not received within 7 days, your pre-order could automatically be cancelled. Final invoice will be sent once production is finished. You will have 14 days to make the final

payment in order to preserve your order.

    •    An order that is shipped can no longer be cancelled and cannot be refunded.

    •    In the case of order cancellation, the refund will be processed within 21-45 days from cancelling the order. 

    •    If the refund request is accepted a credit will be issued via PayPal within 21-45 business days after the customer confirms the PayPal account information such as the Email ID associated with the customers PayPal account. 

REPLACEMENTS

We only replace defective parts that are eligible and/or available for replacement. Please contact Powercollectionstudios@gmail.com with your specific case and we will do our best to help you.

SHIPPING AND TAXES

Shipping and tax amount will be added to the invoice once production is finished and product is ready to ship.
